Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design is particularly proud to unveil the third opus of the brand new Hanse Yachts range, described as “revolutionary” by the shipyard itself. The future Hanse 410 joins the highly successful Hanse 460 and 510. True to the brand’s DNA, the future model, which will be unveiled next summer, is more than ever innovative, racy and efficient, but it also develops an interior space of impressive volume and quality. Finally, to be in perfect harmony with her times, an electric drive has been specifically developed and will be available as an option.
While waiting for its official presentation at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2023, the NEW 80 is revealed in video. Redefining the codes of luxury is the objective set by Fountaine Pajot for this new opus. Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design is particularly proud of this new collaboration with a shipyard that we have accompanied in its evolution for many years. While offering new exterior and interior spaces, as well as a superyacht quality finish, this catamaran retains all its elegance, an intangible element of its brand DNA.
‘Design is the silent ambassador of a brand’ – This quote from Paul Rand is apt for us on this International Design Day. Along with innovation, style has always been in the DNA of Berret-Racoupeau yacht Design. We know that graphics, sometimes born of a simple pencil stroke, can give a brand its identity. Lines, curves, radii, angles, reveal a feeling, translate an intention, from the most sporty to the most cocooning. All the talents of our team work together with this philosophy as a guideline. They give birth to a yacht that is always unique, immediately recognisable, from the eye of the photographer in the distance to the smallest interior detail, from our sketches to reality.

Only one year after the launch of the successful Hanse 460, which was voted European Yacht of the Year 2022, Hanse Yachts announces the presentation of the Hanse 510 at the next Salón Nautico Barcelona.
This second collaboration between the German shipyard and our Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design agency, opens new perspectives for a 50 ft yacht. Innovation, performance and comfort enter a new dimension, as in the case of the exceptional tender garage. From the cockpit to the interior, the modern design and the generosity of the spaces combine conviviality and intimacy. The quality of life on board and the pleasure of sailing have a rendez-vous on board the Hanse 510.
The Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design agency is particularly proud that at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022, the Fountaine Pajot shipyard unveiled the outline of the ambitious NEW 80 project. Already in production, this 24-metre Multiyacht should be presented at the same show in a year’s time.
Romain Motteau, CEO of Fountaine Pajot, says that the NEW 80 is “really one of the most ambitious projects we have ever had at the yard. Many of the owners of our 67-foot sailing and motor yachts have been asking us for years now to offer a larger boat. This exceptional project has been developed over two years and in great secrecy, thanks to our partner, Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design, with whom we have been doing an extraordinary job for years, and who has done a lot with our Design Office, and given the best of Fountaine Pajot.
Olivier Racoupeau confirms, “Even if the Fountaine Pajot style is there with some familiar elements, the NEW 80 is a real superyacht, emphasizing the lifestyle on board. It is no match for the much larger motor yachts. As it is in the DNA to sail well, even though the NEW 80 is close to a superyacht in many ways, this boat is designed using the same hydrodynamic and ergonomic principles as all other Fountaine-Pajot yachts.”
As for the interior of this yacht, Isabelle Racoupeau has designed them “like those of a superyacht, very upmarket, with a very fine selection of materials and particular attention to perceived quality. There is conviviality, but with its large cabins and multiple relaxation areas, there is also intimacy” on board this NEW 80.
